By accessing or purchasing products from AI Workflow Hub ("we," "us," or "our") at aiworkflowhub.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Products and Digital Delivery

AI Workflow Hub sells digital products — specifically, Notion template suites and AI prompt libraries. All products are delivered digitally via a Notion template link provided immediately upon purchase confirmation and via email. No physical goods are shipped.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You will receive access to the product via a Notion template link
• Delivery is instant and electronic — no physical item will be mailed
• You are responsible for having an active Notion account to use the templates
• AI Workflow Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.

3. License and Intellectual Property

What You May Do

Upon purchase, AI Workflow Hub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the templates and prompts for your own personal or business purposes
• Duplicate and customize the Notion templates within your own Notion workspace
• Use the AI prompts to generate content for your own business

What You May Not Do

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the templates or prompts with others
• Offer the templates or prompts as part of your own paid product or service
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original template designs or prompt frameworks
• Share your Notion template link with others so they can duplicate it without purchasing
• Use the products to create competing template products for sale

All templates, prompts, guides, and associated content remain the intellectual property of AI Workflow Hub. Unauthorized distribution or resale will result in immediate license termination and may result in legal action.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI Workflow Hub products only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

• Pro Pack: $49 one-time payment

6. Refunds

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please review our full Refund Policy for details, including our goodwill exception for technical issues within 7 days of purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Workflow Hub products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the templates will meet your specific business requirements, that results from using our AI prompts will be error-free, or that the products will be compatible with all future versions of Notion. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantees regarding revenue, productivity, or time savings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Workflow Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Updates and Modifications

Pro Pack customers receive product updates for one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Pro Pack customers of significant updates via email.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.
