Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. Here's our policy on refunds and how we handle issues.

1. Our General Policy

All sales of AI Workflow Hub digital products — including the Starter Pack and Pro Pack Notion template suites — are final and non-refundable. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally, and because access to the Notion templates is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to "return" a digital product in the way a physical item can be returned.

This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital product businesses and is in place to protect the integrity of our intellectual property. We encourage you to review the product descriptions, feature lists, and FAQ section on our website carefully before purchasing.

2. What's Included Before You Buy

To help you make a confident purchase decision, we provide the following before checkout:

  • Detailed descriptions of every template and resource included in each tier
  • A live AI Prompt Library preview showing sample prompts from the library
  • A full feature comparison table between the Starter Pack and Pro Pack
  • A FAQ section addressing common questions about compatibility and setup

3. Goodwill Exception: Technical Issues

We believe in standing behind our products. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the templates — and the issue is on our end — we will work to resolve it promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund as a goodwill gesture.

Qualifying Technical Issues

A refund request under the goodwill exception may be considered if:

  • The Notion template link you received is broken, expired, or does not load
  • The template content is materially different from what was described on the website
  • You did not receive your delivery email and we are unable to resend it
  • A duplicate charge was made to your payment method in error

Non-Qualifying Reasons

Refund requests will not be approved for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong tier (Starter vs. Pro) — please contact us before purchasing if unsure
  • You do not have a Notion account or are unfamiliar with how Notion works
  • The templates do not match your personal preferences or workflow style
  • You have already duplicated the templates into your Notion workspace
  • The AI prompts did not produce the specific results you expected
  • You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the goodwill exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address used for purchase
  • Your Stripe payment confirmation number or receipt
  • A clear description of the technical issue you experienced
  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue, if applicable

Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]". We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the templates and prompts is revoked and you must delete all copies from your Notion workspace.

6. Pro Pack Updates

The Pro Pack includes one year of product updates from your purchase date. These updates are delivered via email to the address used at checkout. If you do not receive an update notification that was announced, please contact us and we will ensure you receive access. Updates do not extend the one-year period or entitle you to a refund if you purchased before a new update was released.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback for a purchase that does not qualify under our goodwill exception may result in your access to AI Workflow Hub products being revoked and may affect your ability to make future purchases.
